Correction Districts 10 and 11

This amendment was first offered in committee by Senator Nesbitt on July 22nd, 2011 to alter Senate Bill 453, Rucho-Lewis Congress 2A. The amendment failed. It was subsequently offered during the July 25th Senate floor debate to alter the same bill. That amendment also failed. An identical amendment was offered by Representative Moffitt in the July 27th, 2011 House Redistricting Committee meeting to alter the proposed committee substitute, Rucho-Lewis Congress 3. That amendment failed. An identical amendment was offered by Representative Fisher during the July 27th House floor debate on the same bill. That amendment also failed.
