HOUSE BILL 992

AN ACT to repeal the annexation of certain property by the town of landis.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  S.L. 2006-58, as amended by S.L. 2007-139 and S.L. 2008-26, is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 23^rd day of June, 2009.
