GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 46
AN ACT REPEALING A LOCAL ACT RELATING TO THE WINSTON-SALEM SPORTS COMMISSION.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Chapter 37 of the 1975 Session Laws, as amended by Chapter 265, Session Laws of 1979, is repealed.
Sec. 2. This act applies only to the City of Winston-Salem.
Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 18th day of May, 1993.
