HOUSE BILL 319

 

AN ACT TO EXTEND THE BEAR HUNTING SEASON IN PASQUOTANK AND CAMDEN COUNTIES.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the season for hunting black bear shall run from two days prior to the date established by the Wildlife Resources Commission as the start of bear season until the date established by the Wildlife Resources Commission as the end of bear season.

Sec. 2.  This act applies only to Pasquotank and Camden counties.

Sec. 3.  This act is effective upon ratification.
