CHAPTER 188
AN ACT TO ALLOW CHOWAN COUNTY TO PREQUALIFY BIDDERS FOR THE OLD COURTHOUSE RENOVATION PROJECT.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. For all construction projects concerning renovation of the Old Chowan County Courthouse, Chowan County may prequalify bidders.
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
