GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 569
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 44A, ARTICLE 3, TO EXTEND THE FILING TIME UNDER PAYMENT BONDS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 44A-27(b) is amended by deleting "90 days" and substituting "180 days".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
