CHAPTER 464
AN ACT TO CLARIFY THE LAW REGARDING DISCIPLINARY SUSPENSIONS OF EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 115C-112(a) is amended in the first sentence by deleting the word "consecutive".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
