GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 868
AN ACT TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE PERINATAL PROGRAM.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Division of Health Services, Department of Human Resources, the sum of six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for fiscal year 1983-84 to provide funds for the inpatient hospital and physician services of the Perinatal Program.
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
