CHAPTER 260
AN ACT REGARDING JURISDICTION OF THE PINEHURST POLICE.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 1168, Session Laws of 1979 (1980 Session), is repealed.
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1983.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 5th day of May, 1983.
