GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 221
AN ACT TO AMEND ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS OF THE MARINE FISHERIES ACT TO MAKE A TECHNICAL CHANGE.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 113-221, as the same appears in 1978 Replacement to Volume 3A, Part II of the General Statutes, is amended by deleting the second sentence of subsection (a) and by deleting subsection (h) in its entirety.
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 25th day of April, 1983.
