HOUSE BILL 202

AN ACT TO REPEAL SEVERAL OUTDATED STATUTES RELATING TO THE MAINTENANCE OF WATER MILL AND RAILROAD BRIDGES OVER PUBLIC ROADS AND DRAW BRIDGES OVER NAVIGABLE WATERS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  Chapter 136 of the General Statutes is hereby amended by repealing the following sections: G.S. 136-73, G.S. 136-74, G.S. 136-75, and G.S. 136-77.

Sec. 2.  This act is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 8th day of March, 1979.
