HOUSE BILL 7

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ELECTRONIC VOTING APPARATUS IN THE HOUSE CHAMBER.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  The sum of one hundred twenty-five thousand ($125,000) is hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 1976-77 to the North Carolina Legislative Services Commission for the sole purpose of installing electronic voting apparatus in the North Carolina House Chamber. Such apparatus shall be installed no later than December 31, 1976.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.
