AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 553, 1975 SESSION LAWS TO CORRECT A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  Chapter 553, 1975 Session Laws of North Carolina is hereby amended in Section 1 thereof on line 11 of the new subsection (e) in ratified bill by inserting after the word and comma, "terminal," and before the word "establishment", the words "and the".

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective on July 1, 1975.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 25th day of June, 1975.
