HOUSE BILL 1179

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 180 OF THE 1971 SESSION LAWS WHICH PROHIBITED HUNTING FROM THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS, ROADWAYS OR OTHER PUBLICLY-MAINTAINED THOROUGHFARES IN NASH COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. Chapter 180 of the 1971 Session Laws is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 24th day of June, 1975.
