AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 153A-335 TO MODIFY THE AUTHORITY OF ONSLOW COUNTY TO REGULATE THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of G.S. 153A-335, all land which is subdivided among heirs shall be exempt from any regulation enacted pursuant to G.S. Chapter 153A, Article 18, Part 2.

Sec. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of G. S. 153A-335, the division of land into parcels greater than one acre where no street right-of-way dedication is involved shall be exempt from any regulation enacted pursuant to G.S. Chapter 153A, Article 18, Part 2.

Sec. 3. This act shall apply only to Onslow County.

Sec. 4. This act shall become effective upon ratification.
