HOUSE BILL 562

AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 163-151(3)b SO AS TO DELETE ROBESON COUNTY FROM SAID ACT.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G.S. 163-151(3)b, as it appears in the 1969 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3D of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by deleting from the list of counties therein the word "Robeson".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This act shall be in full force and effect from and after ratification.
