AN ACT TO REPEAL G.S. 14-341 REGARDING ARREST OF TRAMPS BY PERSONS WHO ARE NOT OFFICERS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  G.S. 14-341 regarding arrest of tramps by persons who are not officers is hereby repealed.

Sec 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 30th day of June, 1971.
