HOUSE BILL 1053
AN ACT RELATING TO THE GAME OF BINGO IN THE COUNTIES OF POLK, CLEVELAND AND RUTHERFORD.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 37 of Chapter 14 of the General Statutes, it shall be lawful for either civic or charitable organizations to sponsor or operate the game of "Bingo" in the Counties of Polk, Cleveland and Rutherford; provided, that the only charge to play shall be an admission charge collected prior to the beginning of play.
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective upon ratification.
