SENATE BILL 84

AN ACT TO INCREASE THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION OF HENDERSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Membership of the City Board of Education of Hendersonville, North Carolina, is hereby increased to seven members. The additional members may be appointed by the Board of Commissioners of Hendersonville, after the ratification of this Act, for a term expiring July 1, 1969.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
