AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1155 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1957, AUTHORIZING PERSONS TO ENGAGE IN BUSINESS AS PAWNBROKERS IN UNINCORPORATED AREAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, SO AS TO MAKE SAID ACT APPLICABLE TO ONSLOW COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Section 4 of Chapter 1155 of the Session Laws of 1957 is hereby amended by inserting the words "Onslow County" immediately following the words "Cumberland County" in said Section.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
