HOUSE BILL 1123

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 163-175, RELATING TO THE METHOD OF MAKING BALLOTS IN MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS IN THE TOWN OF EUREKA IN WAYNE COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 163-175 of Volume 3D (Replacement 1964) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following:

"The provisions of paragraph (6) of this Section shall apply to the general municipal elections in the Town of Eureka in Wayne County."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
