AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF LIST TAKERS IN WILSON COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. General Statutes 105-287 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: "In Wilson County the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to limit the number of list takers to be appointed in said county and to prescribe and allocate the responsibility for tax listing and assessment in the several townships of the county."

Sec. 2. This Act shall apply only to Wilson County.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
