HOUSE BILL 710

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1073, SESSION LAWS OF 1959, RELATING TO POSSESSION AND SALE OF WEAPONS IN LEE AND HARNETT COUNTIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 4 of Chapter 1073, Session Laws of 1959, is hereby amended by deleting the word "Harnett" in line 3, and the word "Lee" in line 4, and by adding at the end of Section 4 the following:

"The provisions of this Act shall not apply to Lee and Harnett Counties, except Section 2 which shall be applicable in said counties."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
