HOUSE BILL 502

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 109 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1963 FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING THE SAME APPLICABLE TO DAVIE COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 3 of Chapter 109 of the Session Laws of 1963, is hereby amended by striking out the period appearing after the word "County" in the only line of said Section and by inserting the following: "and Davie County."

Sec. 2. Section 4 of Chapter 109 of the Session Laws of 1963, is hereby amended by striking out the period appearing after the word "County" in the second line of said Section 4 and by adding the following: "and Davie County."

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
