HOUSE BILL 547

AN ACT TO MAKE GS 14-335, RELATING TO PUNISHMENT FOR PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, APPLICABLE TO BRUNSWICK COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Subsection 11 of G. S. 14-335, as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 1B of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by inserting the word "Brunswick", immediately after the word "In" in line 1 thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
