AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE NORTH CAROLINA WILDLIFE RESOURCES COMMISSION TO REGULATE THE DAILY SHOOTING HOURS FOR WATERFOWL IN HYDE COUNTY DURING THE ANNUAL WATERFOWL SEASON SET BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Subject to the written recommendation of the Director of the United States Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife, the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission is authorized to regulate the daily shooting hours for waterfowl in Hyde County during the annual waterfowl season established by the Federal Government. This Act shall not apply to Ocracoke Island nor the waters within 10 miles thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
