HOUSE BILL 729

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NEW HANOVER COUNTY TO FIX FEES CHARGED BY COUNTY OFFICERS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Subdivision (12a) of G. S. 153-9 is hereby amended by inserting in the fifth line of the second paragraph thereof, immediately after the comma following the word "Nash" and before the word "Onslow", the words "New Hanover".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect on and after its ratification.
