SENATE BILL 351

AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE COUNTING OF BALLOTS CAST FOR GROUP CANDIDATES IN THE TOWN OF TARBORO.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Subsection (6) of G. S. 163-175 is hereby amended by changing the period at the end of the last paragraph of said subsection, as the same is found in Replacement Volume 3D, 1964, of the General Statutes of North Carolina, to a comma and adding thereafter the words "and to municipal elections in the Town of Tarboro."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective from and after its ratification.
