HOUSE BILL 546

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 153-9 (55) GRANTING AUTHORITY TO HALIFAX COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO REGULATE AND PROHIBIT CERTAIN ACTIVITIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 153-9(55) is hereby amended by deleting the word "Halifax" from line 4 of the second paragraph thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
