HOUSE BILL 516
AN ACT RELATING TO THE GAME OF "BINGO" IN PENDER COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. It shall be lawful to play or operate the game of "Bingo" in the Town of Surf City or any other incorporated beach resort town in Pender County, provided that a written permit shall first be obtained from the governing body of such incorporated town, and provided that no cash prizes are offered or presented.
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect upon its ratification.
