SENATE BILL 582

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 153 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF PITT COUNTY TO REGULATE AND PROHIBIT CERTAIN ACTIVITIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 153-9(55) is hereby amended by deleting the word "Pitt" in line 6 of the second paragraph thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
