HOUSE BILL 727

AN ACT RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF HAZELWOOD.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Hazelwood is hereby authorized to fix and determine, and from time to time change, the salaries of its members and to fix the time or times of payment thereof; provided, however, the maximum salary payable to a member shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be effective upon its ratification.
