AN ACT RELATING TO THE TAKING OF CLAMS, SHRIMP, FISH AND OYSTERS BY PERSONS FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL USE.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1.  Section 1% of Chapter 444 of the Session Laws of 1959 is amended by inserting after the comma following the word "Brunswick", and before the words "New Hanover" in lines 1 and 2, the word and punctuation "Carteret,".

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 9th day of May, 1963.
