AN ACT TO CHANGE THE OPEN SEASON FOR FOX HUNTING IN HOKE COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. The open season for taking foxes in Hoke County shall run from September 1 of each year to June 1 of the succeeding year.
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
