AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 20B OF CHAPTER 153 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO ZONING AND REGULATION OF BUILDINGS SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THIS ARTICLE SHALL APPLY TO NEW HANOVER COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. G. S. 153-266.22, as the same appears in the 1961 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out the words "New Hanover," following the word "Moore" in line 3 and before the word "Pender" in line 4 thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
