HOUSE BILL 256

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT AIRY TO REGULATE THE SUBDIVISION OF THE LAND IN AND AROUND SAID TOWN.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. All of the provisions of Part 3A of Article 18 of Chapter 160 of the General Statutes, as they appear in the 1961 Cumulative Supplement to the General Statutes, are hereby made applicable to the Town of Mount Airy in Surry County.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
