HOUSE BILL 850
AN ACT RELATING TO THE CHANGE OF DAY FOR HOLDING THE MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS IN THE CITY OF OXFORD.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. The municipal election for the City of Oxford, in Granville County, shall be held on Tuesday after the first Monday in May, 1963, and biennially thereafter.
Sec. 2. Section 3, Chapter 302 of the Private Laws of 1913, and all laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
