SENATE BILL 10

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 22 OF THE 1959 SESSION LAWS AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WAYNE COUNTY TO TURN INTO THE GENERAL FUND ALL TAXES COLLECTED FOR THE YEAR 1955 AND ALL PRIOR YEARS SO AS TO INCLUDE 1957.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Chapter 22 of the 1959 Session Laws is hereby amended by striking the figures "1955" immediately following the word "year" and immediately preceding the word "and" in line 4 of Section 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the figures "1957".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
