SENATE BILL 510

AN ACT TO REPEAL SENATE BILL 433, RATIFIED AS CHAPTER 729 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1961.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Senate Bill 433, "A Bill to be Entitled an Act  to Promote Industrial Growth and Corporate Activity in Gaston County", ratified on June 13, 1961, as Chapter 729 of the Session Laws of 1961, is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 22nd day of June, 1961.
