AN ACT FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE SUBRECORDER OF THE UNION COUNTY RECORDER'S COURT.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. When the Sub-Recorder of the Union County Recorder's Court holds court in lieu of the Recorder, the compensation of the Sub-Recorder shall be computed at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per case, but not exceeding thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for any one day he holds court, and not exceeding three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per month, to be paid out of the general fund of the county.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect on and after July 1, 1959.
